does sleep really affect ur skin?

I hear it all the time and sometimes if I don't get enough sleep I do look pretty bad lol any quick fixes for tired skin if there's no way of getting a good 8 hours?

Agree with @Brenna. Also when I get up I use the Garnier Roll on around my eye area. This de-puffs my eyes and they feel refreshed. But nothing like a good night of restful sleep. Both your body and skin gets rejuvenated:)

First of all- yes sleep is EXTREMELY important for skin. Your skin needs sleep so it can renew its self and look better and be less likely to breakout. Second if your anything like me and always go to bed to late and wakeup really early and look kinda worn out then this is what I do: when u wake up splash some medium hot water on your face And wash your face with whatever cleanser you use as your daily cleanser ( I use aveeno ultra calming facial foam soap) then rinse your face with REALLY COLD water. For me this defiantly wake up not only my skin but me haha! Then moisturizer your face with whatever moisturizer you use ( I use the same thing I use as my face wash except its not foam and it's a moisturizer). Hope I could help!
