Retinol containg products! The highest concentrations you'll get from your dermatologist, but there are few good over the counter options as well, such as those carried by skinceuticals and skinmedica. Also investing in a clarisonic is recommended, and glycolic peels once a week might help, although be sure to use this when your not using retinols, as they will cancell eachother out. Fresh squeezed lemon juice on a cotton ball dipped in sugar. Exfoliate once or twice a week before your normal skin routine. I saw a huge difference in my scars with just one use and it gives ur skin a nice all around glow. Don't use it too often though because it is kind of harsh on the skin

The acne scars won't fade with OTC products you'll have to see a dermatologist for that. For uneven coloring I would try a chemical free and soap free cleanser. Aveeno makes a good one that should even the tone. I would also try exfoliating every other day with a soft face brush or a clarsonic.
