blackheads that turn to pimples!

I have a lot of blackhead throw out my face and no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of them! Eventually they turn into pimples and get really red. What can I do to get rid of this problem ASAP?!

Best thing would be to go for facials regularly. And see ur dermatologist about a good skin care plan for u
