I saw something about the Garnier Eye Roll today - looks like a really fun way to apply your eye cream! Entirely mess free! I like the steel spoon idea in the fridge. I'm going to try this too!

For morn. bags, the Garnier Eye Roll On works well for me:) Here's another tip for bags- Chill a steel spoon for a while and then place it on your eye, the bags reduce in a jiffy and this also brightens your eye:)
