I have a extracted similar to this one. I purchased it from Sephora. I for for how much it cost, but its under $20. The extractor IS A MUST HAVE if u have acne problem deign with black heads especially. The extractor definitely pulls out all the nasty blemishes from your face even the blemishes that u didn't know we're there.

I like using the makeup remover wipes!! It removes everything. Of course I would wash my face afterwards to complete the process to remove the dirt or any excessive oil from my face.
